Welcome to Priya Prints. By accessing our website or placing an order for our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General
Priya Prints ("we", "us", "our") operates as a bulk manufacturer of paper products based in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. These terms apply to all B2B and bulk B2C transactions conducted through our website or direct sales channels.
2. Ordering & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Bulk Nature: We are primarily a bulk manufacturer. Specific products have defined Minimum Order Quantities (e.g., 20,000 pieces for calendars, 2,500 for notebooks).
- Customization: Orders requiring customization (logos, specific designs) must be approved via digital proof before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change based on raw material costs (paper GSM, board prices). Final pricing will be confirmed in the official proforma invoice.
- Advance: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate production.
- Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using trusted lorry transport services. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and order volume. Standard production time ranges from 7-20 days depending on the product.
Sivakasi Origin: All goods are dispatched from our factory in Sivakasi. Transit insurance is recommended for high-value bulk shipments.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our goods (printed with your brand/logo), we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect verified by our quality control team. Any claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
